Cancellation Policy

At Shringar Stree, we begin processing your order soon after it is placed. To ensure smooth and timely processing, cancellation requests are accepted only under the conditions mentioned below.

Can I Cancel My Order?

Yes. You can request cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order, provided that the order has not been dispatched.

Both conditions must be met:

1. The cancellation request must be made within 24 hours of placing the order.

2. The order must not have been dispatched at the time of the cancellation request.

If the order has already been dispatched, the order cannot be cancelled, even if 24 hours have not yet passed.

How to Request Cancellation

To request cancellation, please message us on WhatsApp at 9537558987 within 24 hours of placing your order.

Please provide:

Order Number
Your order number

Customer Name
The name used while placing the order

Cancellation Request
Clearly mention that you want to cancel the order.

Our team will check the order status and confirm whether cancellation is possible.

Prepaid Orders

If a prepaid order is successfully cancelled within the eligible cancellation period and before dispatch, the applicable refund will be processed according to our refund process.

The time taken for the refund to appear in your account may depend on the payment method, bank, or payment service provider.

Cash on Delivery Orders

For COD orders, cancellation requests must be made within 24 hours of placing the order and before dispatch.

Once the COD order has been dispatched, cancellation will no longer be possible.

After Dispatch

Once your order has been dispatched, it cannot be cancelled.

If you receive a damaged, wrong, or different product from what you ordered, you may be eligible for a return or exchange according to our Return & Refund Policy.

A clear and valid opening/unboxing video is mandatory for such claims.

Change of Mind

We do not accept returns or exchanges simply because of:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Colour preference

  • Size preference

By placing an order with Shringar Stree, you confirm that you have reviewed and accepted our applicable product, payment, shipping, cancellation, return and refund terms.

Cancellation requests that are made after 24 hours or after dispatch will not be accepted.
